Restoration stages<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

In 1983-1986, restoration works in the beerhouse were made, following the project of arch. Ion Barabas. Also, indoor decorations were remade \u2013 frescoes, panels, stained-glass \u2013 with the contribution of the painters Gheorghe Nicolae-Jack, \u015etefan C\u00e2l\u0163ia, Sorin llfoveanu, Mihai Buculei and loan Cadar.<\/p>\n

In 1999, the descendants of the property repossessed Caru\u2019 cu Bere, new repairs were made on the ground floor and basement of the beerhouse and the facilities in Lipscani str.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

At present, works to restore the fa\u00e7ade are in progress. The owners hope to continue the consolidation works (partially made in 2006) for the entire building and to open for the public the upper floors of the property.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
